To enhance our team’s expertise in all aspects of electrical energy, we welcomed Wojciech Tyburski, President of the Board with years of experience in the electricity market, and Anna Dębowska, sales and marketing manager with extensive experience in renewable energy sources (RES), to Selena Energy in December 2023.

Wojciech Tyburski
President of the Board, Selena Energy
Wojciech Tyburski is a seasoned expert with extensive experience in the construction, telecommunications, and energy sectors, currently focusing on renewable energy sources (RES). His comprehensive understanding of business and organizational processes enables him to adopt a holistic approach to management and finance in modern organizations. Recently, he has concentrated on executing photovoltaic investment projects in the domestic RES market.
He holds an advanced degree in management and economics, complemented by numerous training sessions in sales, marketing, and team management.
Since October 2023, he has served as the President of the Board at Selena Energy, a part of the Selena Group.
Krzysztof Ościłowicz
Member of the Board, Selena Energy
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Selena FM S.A.
Krzysztof Ościłowicz graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in International Relations and the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. He holds both an ACCA diploma and a CFA certificate. His professional background includes key roles at PKN Orlen and the Unipetrol Group, where he managed major energy and petrochemical projects and oversaw investment contracts.
He joined the Selena Group in 2019 as Group Controlling Director and subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer. He introduced Business Intelligence tools, supported and supervised business projects, and enhanced processes within the Selena Group.
Since 2021, he has been a Member of the Board at Selena Energy, and since 2022, he has also served as a Member of the Board of the Selena Group, responsible for finance.
