The investor faced issues with roof leaks. Various solutions had been applied without satisfactory results.
Solution:
In 2018, a section of the roof covering 7,000 m² was treated. Due to the positive results in both waterproofing and reducing internal temperature, another section of the shoe factory roof was coated with COOL-R in 2019.
