TYPES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Installation of a security system, lightning protection system, application of the COOL-R coating, installation of a PV installation in a ballast-free system.

SYSTEMS USED:

Client's Challenge:

The roof’s supporting structure was made of wood with very low load-bearing capacity.

Solution:

Implementation of a Complete Energy Roof, including the installation of safety measures, application of COOL-R coating, and a 50 kWp photovoltaic system using ballast-free technology with enhanced fire safety measures. By using CWL thermally welded tiles, the installation was possible without adding extra load to the building or disturbing the existing roofing.
